Who we are
EZ Digital Photos is operated by Autograph World. These terms apply to your use of our photo storage, sharing, and print-ordering services. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you have questions, contact our contact form.
Your account
You must be at least 18 to create an account or place an order. Provide accurate contact and delivery information, keep your password and sign-in links private, and contact us if you suspect unauthorized account use. You are responsible for orders you authorize.
Your photos and permission to print
You retain ownership of your photos. Upload only content you own or have permission to store, edit, share, and print, including any necessary permission from a photographer or other rights holder. Sharing an album does not transfer copyright. You give us permission to store, copy, resize, process, and provide your photos to service providers as needed to operate your chosen features and fulfill orders. This permission does not authorize us to use your photos in advertising.
Sharing and acceptable use
Choose sharing settings carefully. People you allow to access an album may view photos and use the sharing or ordering features available to them. Recipients may keep copies, screenshots, or prints; changing sharing settings cannot recall those copies. Do not upload unlawful content, exploitative content involving children, or material that infringes others' rights. Do not attempt to access another person's private account, interfere with the service, or send abusive or unauthorized messages. We may restrict access or remove content to address misuse, security concerns, or legal requirements. Report copyright or other content concerns to our contact form, identifying the content and your concern.
Reviewing your print order
Review the selected images, print sizes, quantities, crops, edits, borders, shipping method, delivery address, and total before submitting. Image resolution and screen settings affect how a preview compares with a physical print; screen colors are not a guarantee of an exact print match. A payment approval or order acknowledgment does not mean an order has shipped. Orders may require payment or staff review before production.
Prices, payment, and delivery
Prices, shipping charges, and applicable discounts are shown during checkout. Coupons and free-print offers are subject to their stated conditions. Payments are processed under our parent company, Autograph World, and charges may appear under that name on your statement. Choosing to save a payment method, where offered, does not authorize unrelated or recurring purchases. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, unless a specific guaranteed service is expressly offered. If an error prevents us from fulfilling an order as submitted, we will contact you about the available options.
Changes, cancellations, and print problems
Contact us promptly if an order needs a change or cancellation. Because prints are made to order, changes may not be possible once production begins. If your order arrives damaged, is incorrect, or has a print-quality problem, contact customer service with the order number and a description so we can review it and arrange an appropriate resolution. These terms do not remove rights or remedies that applicable law gives you.
Photo storage and account records
Keep your own copies of all photos. Storage is subject to our Photo Storage and Retention Policy, including removal after three years of inactivity. Removed images may no longer be available for sharing or reordering. Account and order records are retained separately. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
Service availability and changes
We aim to keep the service available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or recovery of every stored photo. Features may change, and access may be interrupted for maintenance or security reasons. These terms are governed by New Hampshire law, except where applicable consumer-protection law requires otherwise. Nothing here excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. We will post updated terms with an effective date and provide additional notice where required; changes will not retroactively alter an already accepted order.
