Help & FAQ
From your first upload to your next set of prints. Choose a question below for a quick answer.
Getting started
Can I use my existing account?
Yes. Sign in with your existing EZ Digital Photos account to see the albums and photos still available in your account. If you cannot remember your password, choose the forgot-password option on the sign-in screen.
How do I create an account or reset my password?
Use the registration or forgot-password option on the sign-in screen and follow the email instructions. Verification links expire after 20 minutes. If a link expires, request another and use the most recent email. Check your junk folder if an email does not arrive.
How do I upload photos from my phone?
Sign in, create or open an album, and choose Add photos. Select your pictures and wait for the upload status to finish. The status shows how many photos were saved; check any reported failures before trying again.
Can I upload iPhone photos?
Yes. JPEG, PNG, WebP, HEIC and HEIF images are supported. iPhone photos are converted into printable still images; a Live Photo is not printed as a moving image. Use the original photo when possible rather than a screenshot or a copy sent through a messaging app.
Choosing your prints
How do I order prints?
Open an album, select the photos you want to print, then choose sizes and quantities. Review the crop for each size, check your order, select your shipping address and delivery method, and continue to payment.
Can I order one photo in different sizes?
Yes. Add another print size for the same photo without uploading or selecting the photo again. Each size has its own quantity and crop. Your cart groups the sizes under that photo.
Why does part of my photo get cropped?
Photos and print sizes do not always have the same proportions. Use the crop controls to choose the part of the image that fits the selected print size. Check each size separately, especially near faces and the edges of the picture.
Can I adjust a photo before ordering?
Yes. The photo editor provides crop, rotation and color adjustments. Review the print preview before submitting: the lab output uses the edits and crop saved with your order. Tap the photo preview to inspect it more closely.
How do bordered prints work?
When you choose a border, the white border is included inside the finished print dimensions. It does not make the print larger than the size you ordered. Review the bordered preview before continuing.
What does wallet (4) mean?
It is the four-wallet print option. You select and crop one photo; the lab uses that image to produce the four-wallet layout. You do not need to upload a sheet with four copies yourself.
How do coupons and free prints work?
Enter your coupon during checkout and review the updated totals. Eligible discounts and available free prints are calculated using the current rules. They are redeemed when the order is recorded as paid, or when an eligible order has a zero total—not just when an unpaid order is saved.
Can I reorder previous prints?
Choose Order again to find previous orders. Review the available photos, sizes, crops and quantities at current prices before placing a new order. Crops and edits from orders placed on the old site cannot be carried over, so check those again. Photos that have been removed from storage cannot be reordered unless you upload your own copies again.
Payment and delivery
Why does my card statement say Autograph World?
EZ Digital Photos is operated by Autograph World, our parent company. Payments are processed through Autograph World, so that is the name you should expect to see for your charge.
Can I save a card for next time?
Yes. Choose Save this card when paying for an order. Saved cards are held by Authorize.Net, our payment processor, and can be selected for later orders. You can remove them from Saved cards in your account. Saving a card is optional.
My payment is pending or held. Should I pay again?
Please do not submit another payment while the result is pending or under review. Your order remains saved while the payment status is checked. Follow the status message on your order; if another payment attempt is needed, the site will offer that option. Contact us with your order number if you need help.
What will shipping cost?
Checkout shows the available delivery methods and current shipping prices for your destination and order. Review the selected method and final total before paying.
Where can I see my order and tracking information?
Sign in and open your account order history. Open an order to see its current status and any tracking information that has been recorded. Tracking appears after shipping details are added; it is not available immediately after payment.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact us promptly with your order number and explain what you need changed. If the payment screen offers Request cancellation, you can use that option. A request is not a confirmation that an order has been cancelled, and changes may not be possible once printing or shipping has begun.
Albums, sharing and storage
Can other people order from my album?
Yes. Open the album sharing settings and choose who can view and order prints: only you, anyone with the link, people with the link and an album password, or invited email addresses. Save the settings and share the album link. People invited by email must sign in using the invited address.
Can visitors add photos or comments?
The album owner can enable visitor uploads and comments in the album activity settings, and choose email notifications for those activities. Visitors must have the required album access. Your own additions do not generate an activity email to you.
Are my photos stored forever?
No. Keep your own copies. Photos may be removed after three years without account activity. Older albums in active accounts may also be marked for cleanup when they have not been ordered from for more than three years; those albums receive a 30-day review period after the first cleanup notice. See the photo storage policy for the full rules and exceptions.
What happens when I remove an album?
The album is removed from your library and its unused images are queued for removal from active storage. Images still used by another album or saved cart, or needed for an unfinished order, are protected. Order history is preserved. Recovery may take time and is not guaranteed; keep your own originals.
Do you sell my email address or personal information?
No. We do not sell or give your information to other companies so they can market to you. Service providers may process information needed to operate the site, take payments and fulfill orders. Read our privacy policy for details.
