Privacy policy
Effective October 25, 2026
Your information is not a marketing list
We do not sell, rent, or give your email address, photos, or other personal information to other companies for their own marketing or solicitation. We share information with service providers only as needed to operate EZ Digital Photos and fulfill your requests, or as described below for legal and security reasons. Sharing information to process a payment, print photos, or deliver an order is different from giving another company a list of customers to contact.
Who handles your information
EZ Digital Photos is operated by Autograph World. This policy describes information handled through our website, account, photo-sharing, and print-ordering services. Contact us about privacy at our contact form.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide, such as your name, email address, account sign-in information, shipping and billing details, uploaded photos, album names, comments, sharing choices, and support correspondence. Photos may contain personal information and embedded metadata. We also retain order details, crops and edits, payment-related records, delivery information, and account activity such as successful sign-ins, uploads, and orders. Website and security logs may include IP addresses, browser details, request times, and errors.
How we use it
We use this information to provide account access, store and display photos, operate sharing, prepare and fulfill print orders, process payments, track deliveries, handle support and order problems, prevent misuse, and maintain business records. We record successful login activity and other service activity to apply our storage policy. We send service messages such as verification links, account-security messages, order updates, and album notifications associated with the features you use.
Photos and sharing
Your sharing choices determine who can access an album through the service. Authorized staff and service providers may access photos when needed to operate the service, resolve a problem, or fulfill an order. If you share an album, people with access may view, comment, upload, or order prints according to the features and permissions you enable. Anyone receiving a share link may forward it. Removing access cannot recall copies or prints already made. Do not share an album or send invitations unless you have permission to share the photos and contact the recipients.
Service providers and other disclosures
We disclose information as needed to providers that help operate the service, including payment processors, printing and fulfillment providers, delivery carriers, email services, hosting, and backup services. For example, a carrier receives delivery information, a lab receives files needed for printing, and a payment provider receives information needed to process a payment. Database backups can contain account, order, and photo-metadata records. We do not sell your personal information or photos. We may disclose information when legally required or reasonably necessary to address fraud, security threats, or violations of others' rights.
Payments and saved payment methods
We use Authorize.Net and the associated payment-processing services for card payments. The information processed depends on the checkout used and can include card information, billing details, transaction amounts, and fraud-prevention data. Where saved payment methods are offered in the new checkout, the gateway holds the payment profile and we retain a reference and limited identifying details, such as card type and last four digits. Payment and transaction records may be retained separately from photos. Do not send card numbers or security codes by email. Charges may appear under Autograph World, our parent company.
Cookies and browser storage
We use cookies and browser storage to maintain sign-in sessions and support account, cart, and ordering features. Payment services may also use cookies or similar technologies for payment processing and fraud prevention. You can manage cookies and site data in your browser; disabling or clearing them may sign you out or remove locally saved choices. This policy does not treat a browser tracking preference as a request to close your account or delete your photos.
Retention and recovery copies
Photos are subject to our Photo Storage and Retention Policy. Photos and album contents may be removed after three years of inactivity. Removed files may remain temporarily in a recovery archive or existing backups; recovery is not guaranteed. We retain account, transaction, delivery, and security records separately for service, business-record, fraud-prevention, and legal needs. Deleting photos does not automatically erase order history.
Your choices and requests
You can update available account details, manage albums and sharing, and remove photos using the controls provided. Some removal controls first hide content or move it to a recoverable area rather than permanently erase every copy. For help accessing or correcting your information, closing an account, or requesting deletion, contact our contact form. We may verify your identity before acting. Some information must be retained for outstanding orders, business records, security, or legal obligations. We will consider other privacy requests and rights that apply where you live; contacting us does not guarantee immediate erasure from backups.
Security, children, and changes
We use access controls and other safeguards to protect information, but no website or storage system can guarantee absolute security. Keep your sign-in credentials and email links private. Our service is intended for adults, and accounts and orders require age 18 or older. If you believe a child has provided account information without appropriate authorization, contact us. We will post changes to this policy with an effective date and provide additional notice or obtain consent where required. We will not use a policy update to retroactively authorize an incompatible use of previously collected information without any required consent.
