Q: How much are your prints?
A: Our prices start 9¢ for a single 4X6 print. There is no minimum order for prints.

Q: What are the shipping costs?
A: For domestic packages, shipping starts at just $1.00. It increases based on the size of the order. For more details please see our shipping info page.

Q: How long does it take to receive my order?
A: Orders are usually processed within 1 business day. We use both First Class and Priority US Mail to ship your photos and they are typically received in about 3-5 business days. Orders outside the USA will take longer. Shipping options such as Express Mail and Global Priority mail are also available.

Q: Can you ship to APO / FPO addresses?
A: Yes, we can ship to all US Armed Forces addresses.

Q: Is there a money-back guarantee?
A: Yes, we guarantee that you will love your photos. If you are not satisfied with the quality of the photos you received, please send us an email within 30 days of receiving your photos to service@ezdigitalphotos.com with your order number and the reason you were unsatisfied. You may be required to return the photos to us to receive your refund.

Q: What type of packaging is used to ship my photos?
A: We have over 20 years of experience mailing photos. We have taken extra care to ensure that your photos get to you safely and undamaged. We use thicker envelopes and cardboard in our packaging so that your photos will look their best when you receive them.

Q: What technology does EZ Digital Photos, LLC use to make my photos?
A: EZ Digital Photos, LLC uses state-of-the-art Fuji Frontier digital printers designed for professional photofinishers. The exposed photographic paper is chemically processed in the same way as in traditional photo labs, meaning you get the same high quality prints for your digital images as you would from a film camera.

Q: What type of paper is used?
A: EZ Digital Photos, LLC uses Fuji Crystal Archive photographic paper.

Q: How long will my photos last?
A: EZ Digital Photos, LLC prints will last several decades before any noticeable fading occurs. Unlike ink-jet printing, our process is similar to how traditional film is processed, meaning your digital images are transferred to actual photographic paper and will last a very long time.

Q: Can I use scanned images?
A: Yes, but avoid too high a resolution as the resultant large file could be very large and will take a long time to transmit to our website. You should try to get make your scan have at least one dimension over 1000 pixels. For more information, see our discussion on image resolution.

Q: What file format should I use for my images?
A: We require that your images be in JPEG format. Typically, this includes files with a .jpg or .jpe extension.

Q: What quality setting should I use with my digital camera?
A: You want to have your camera set on the highest resolution possible. This will ensure the best results when we print your digital images

Q: What colorspaces are accepted for my images?
A: EZ Digital Photos currently only accepts images in the RGB colorspace. Images in the CMYK colorspace are not accepted at this time. Please read the Colorspace help on Wikipedia.

Q: Are there any space limits to the online web albums??
A: There are no limits. Upload as many images as you like.

Q: How long will my photos remain on your website?
A: Forever, or until you delete them from your albums. We do not place limits on the amount of time you can store your photos online.

Q: Do I need any software to upload and print photos?
A: No. You only need a web browser, which should already be installed on your computer. For best results, we recommend you use Microsoft Internet Explorer.

Q: Are the services of your website both PC and Mac Compatible?
A: Yes. You can use every part of our website with either a PC or a Mac.

Q: Who can view photos I share through EZ Digital Photos?
A: You choose who to share your photos with.
Your photos will not be made available to the general public, however, the people you choose to share with have the option to send the photos to others.

Q: Who can I share photos with?
A: You can share photos with anyone who has an email address and can view web pages.

Q: What will the sharing invitation email look like and what will my friends be able to do with my shared photos?
A: Your friend will receive an email that comes from your email address. It includes a preview photo, your message, and a link to your shared photos. When your friend clicks on the link they will be brought to the EZ Digital Photos web page displaying your photos. They will have the option to view a slide show of your photos, email or save your photos or even have prints made.

Q: When I share an album, can other people make changes to it?
A: No, they cannot changes you photos. But, you may allows your friends to add photos or comments to your album.

Q: If I share an album and then choose to delete it, can invited friends still see the album in their own accounts?
A: No. After you delete an album, the recipients you have invited to see the album will no longer be able to see it.

Q: I've shared an album, but don't want anyone to see it anymore. What can I do?
A: If you've already shared an album with friends, you can prevent others from accessing it by changing the security options. For example, if you change the password, anyone using the old password will not be able to access your album. To hide an album completely, make the album Password Protected and make the password something that no one knows but you.

Q: Do My Friends have to sign up to view the photos I share with them?
A: No, they do not have to sign up to view your photos. If they would like to have prints made they will have to sign up for a FREE membership.
